Our mission is to make a universal language “Globe Language (GL)” to help people learn most languages simply and easily worldwide and communicate and be ready to communicate with outer space in the future. To fulfill our mission, we have outlined specific goals:

1. To identify common fundamental properties of human languages for universal language unification.

2. To introduce the basic knowledge of linguistics.

3. To compile a comprehensive multi-language dictionary and a substantial data corpus.

4. To develop and implement the “International Phonetic Text” (IPT) to represent sounds from all human languages.

5. To create a geographical map depicting the distribution of human languages.

6. To incorporate simple and widely accepted grammatical rules from diverse languages.

7. To construct a codable human language with the capability of communicating with extraterrestrials from interstellar in the future.
